Dedication to the Field of Real Estate


Mariyan Bahadarakhann channels years of expertise into her work with M B-Real Estate CA, November 28, 2023, Mariyan Bahadarakhann has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. An accomplished real estate professional with years of expertise in investment banking, real estate financing, and commercial real estate, Ms. Bahadarakhann presently excels as a real estate broker and mortgage consultant for MB Real Estate. Through her work, she assists buyers and sellers, guides new homeowners in the financing process, and more. Previously, she helped her clients build upon and protect their assets as a law clerk for Sollertis. During the early stages of her career, Ms. Bahadarakhann gained valuable expertise in real estate and retail with TNG Real Estate Consultants and LensCrafters, for whom she revamped its largest store. She was also a business consultant and developer.

Alongside her work, Ms. Bahadarakhann contributes to her community as a coordinator with Reading to Kids and as a sponsor with SmileOnU, through which dentists and dental surgeons provide cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more on an international scale. Before embarking on her professional journey, she earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and financial management services from California State University, Long Beach’s College of Business in 2008. Subsequently, Ms. Bahadarakhann expanded upon her professional knowledge by completing a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Although her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Bahadarakhann takes the most pride in her involvement in the community. In 2012, she earned the title of Miss Cambodia, which opened up opportunities to work with children in low-income areas. The cornerstone of her success lies in watching her mother, a single mother of seven girls, work hard and negotiate well despite having a strong Asian accent. Looking ahead, Ms. Bahadarakhann aims to help underserved children less fortunate write their stories. She also aspires to be a motivational and business coach utilizing her background in sales and marketing, finance, real estate and law as well as the “M B Real School of Thought,” or an unconventional way of learning to better the people.
